I have seen this issue multiple times and therefore wanted to make sure that our customers are aware of this problem.





While uploading a CSV, please ensure that your column name does not have any space after the name. If there is a space next to the column name, your participants will not sync and will not be brought into the program.



Thank you for pointing this out. Unfortunately, I wish I would have known about this issue some time back and I had faced this very scenario and had spent many hours trying to determine the root cause and debug. I hope this post will help some other user. Thanks for posting.




Last year, I also spent an hour to diagnose this problem with 2 other admins!





My experience has been that you also need to ensure any email address included in the spreadsheet do not include leading or trailing spaces.
