Customer of mine wanted to know where we were with the 'timeline view' and 'note taking' within our current product roadmap?  Any updates and insight on this?  Thanks! 
We will be introducing the ability to take notes and log calls from C360 in our Nov release. Also as part of Nov release, the C360 timeline view would only include the activity that is logged manually.





In the next releases, we incrementally add the ability to take notes and log calls from Cockpit, CTA detail view, Scorecard measures and show more activities like milestones, survey submissions and score changes. In our winter release, we are targeting to allow logging from Cockpit. The other items are further out.

Does the Timeline feature and the notes have a notification feature built in, so either the CSM, Salesperson, etc can receive a notification when a new note is added?  If so, can multiple people be designated to receive the notification?

We do not have these features in the first version but we plan to add these features in upcoming releases. I will keep you updated about the exact ETA.
