Where did rule task result preview go?

Heyo!

I have been doing ad-hoc Bionic Reporting using the Rules Engine. Essentially, I setup the rule like it was my bionic report, run it without any actions, and then look at the "Preview" results for the task step I care about. This has been great...up to right now!

For some reason, I am no longer seeing the ability to preview Task results under Execution History. I did this mere days ago and not the little eye is not there.

Am I losing my mind?

Hi Ben,

I just checked this in a demo org and the preview is appearing for me, so it sounds like something either with your browser or maybe GS org. I'd suggest checking the usual local environment suspects - laptop reboot, clear browser cache, etc and if it still persists, opening a ticket with support.

Hi Ben,

The Preview results link in the Execution History is available for 7 days until recent release. With recent release link will be available for 30 days.

However, when you click on the link that is expired you will be redirected to page that says "Page/Link is no longer available" error.

So, with recent release we are not showing the link for the executions that are older than 30 days.

All new rule executions will now have preview results link available for 30 days.

Thanks,

Pavan Bandi.

Yeah that is roughly what I thought! But I am just not seeing the preview option, and this is on a rule I ran just this morning. Screenshot attached.

You were right Dan. I did a restart, no dice there. However, I tried in Chrome rather than Safari and that did it.

Is this something I should be sharing back with Tech Support?

If the local environment resets on safari yield no love, then I think you should get support involved, as there is not a reason why the experience should be this different on Safari.
