Zendesk Auto Mapping notifications only for failure records
Hi Team,
One of my user (Wisse) from Byder company is looking for a feature where Gainsight should send "Zendesk auto mapping" notifications only in the case of failure mapping or failure records, but not in the case of passed/successfull mapping.
Currently, notifications are send for both successful and failed mapping.
