I worked with a company that called it a Customer Value team, and we were Customer Value Managers
our top accounts have Strategic Account Analysts/Consultants and our smaller customers have Client Success Consultants.
Our large accounts "Partnerships" have Customer Relationship Managers.  Our mid and smaller tier customers have Customer Success and LIfecycle Managers
