How do you manage critical handoffs in your organization?
We have a well-defined handoff process that we've trained all customer-facing teams on. This includes a centralized location for debrief information, internal debriefs on plan of action and a kick off call where the presales team introduces the customer team. Depending on the size of the customer, we then have a lengthy implementation call or set them up with self-service training.
