Is there a way to set up a quick search for Gainsight in the Chrome bar? For example, our users have this set up where “SFDC” and acustomer name] will automatically search SFDC for that customer's name. It saves time & we've gotten feedback from CSMs that something like that for Gainsight will make it faster to use.
THANK YOU for posting this, Diana. I'm not sure if our CSMs use that Chrome search feature with Salesforce, but I use it [i]extensively, would love this, and keep forgetting to mention it in Community 🙂
Thank you both! I wasn't even aware of this feature but now that I've set it up it's AWESOME.  Yes agree, would be pretty slick.

Hi all, just a quick follow up on this. I did some research and the Chrome search bar capabilities rely on using the dedicated search page in SFDC and passing string parameters from the browser's address bar to that search page as the search string. I was able to confirm with our team and we don't have a dedicated search window that would allow the use of Chrome in a method similar to what you have configured for SFDC.

We do however have a customer search page that you can use to look for any given customer. So perhaps your end users could bookmark this page and jump to it quickly instead?
