is the link broken for anyone else?

we need to be able to document desired outcomes, is that similar to what you're referring to? right now we have to document them in success plans and it's a very less than ideal workflow.

Sorry for the confusion. Sai was referring to Gainsight tutorials that would help support Admins in their work, not an actual feature in Gainsight.
