We plan to use Gsnap for product/version releases, company conference, and holiday greetings, but I was wondering if you used the feature for other outreaches?
I have one customer who used Gsnap asking for reference and advocacy activities such as asking for a case study.
Hi Rish, I'm not sure if you've seen this article on Gsnap, but if you scroll to the bottom of the page, there's a list of possible Gsnap uses.
Some of our CSMs have used Gsnap to re-engage contacts that have dark when we've needed a critical piece of information to complete their implementation. I've seen it work!
