Gainsight New End User Training
This training is designed for end users who are new to Gainsight, as well as those who have some familiarity, but would like a refresher. We will walkthrough how to use core Gainsight features, share best practices and use cases for each, as well as a few tips and tricks to make using Gainsight easy.
Participants will be introduced to the following, and learn how to:
- Utilize Dashboards to manage your portfolio & 1:1’s with your manager. Each Dashboard contain reports created with specific criteria by your Admin
- Streamline research and call prep with Customer and Relationship 360
- Centralize note-taking & improve knowledge sharing across the entire company with Timeline
- Monitor and track customer health using Health Scorecards
- Manage your Calls-to-Action (CTAs) to optimize implementation processes and workflow with Cockpit
- Establish Success Plans for tracking implementation life cycle from launch to adoption
Before joining the training, we recommend watching the 11 min video “How a Gainsight CSM uses Gainsight” to see how our Gainsight CSMs use all of these features in their day-to-day activities.
