So you’ve managed to get 5,000 users to sign up for your community but only 300 of them are returning on a regular basis. After getting users registered, one of our most frequently asked questions that we get from our Community Managers is "how do I keep users coming back?"
In our first round table, we will discuss best practices regarding engagement strategies that keep users returning to the community. What has been working and not working to boost engagement? Maybe your peers can offer some inSpiration.
The round table discussions are meant to be peer led; however, community expert, Brian Oblinger will be present to provide engagement best practices, should the group desire his insight. Brian has helped hundreds of companies like Acer, Alteryx, Autodesk, Comcast, eBay, The Home Depot, HP, and PlayStation connect with their customers to build an engine for engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
