+6On the new Gainsight Home page in the ‘My Portfolio’ section, would it be possible to update it so that it is clickable on the customer/company and have it open their Company page with details so that the CSM can navigate there quickly? It seems a bit of a long way round if you have to type the company name into the search bar.
If this is possible already can someone advise on how to enable please?
+7+1! Gainsight Home is super great in that it offers our CSMs a one stop shop with everything they need to see at a high level, without all of the extra clicking and tabs. Would LOVE to increase their workflow speeds even further by allowing them to click into companies which would take them directly to their C360!
