When creating a new topic, there are often some “obvious” defaults depending on the page the user is currently looking at. For example:
- If currently looking at ideas, default to an Idea.
- If currently looking at a category, default to a question/conversation in that category (perhaps which of the two could be a configuration option for the category, so community managers can say whether a category is most likely to receive conversations or questions)
- If currently looking at the KB, default to a question (with a default category being configurable, perhaps)
