We have a custom role and rank icon for employees which has been very handy in the forum to indicate when an answer is coming from staff. But the rank icons do not show in the Ideas area. This makes it difficult to differentiate between a comment left by a customer and one left by staff.
We want to make it clear to customers that they are hearing directly from our product team!

I understand why you are missing the rank icons, they are really useful. We are aware of this inconsistency and it is on our list for idea improvements 
+1 to this idea! 
I would also like to add that in my opinion rank titles are as important as rank icons, so I’d like to see them also in Ideation
I’ve always wondered why this was. Seems like a very quick win as it exists on most pages already! I’d invest in this idea… it is about to blow up!

Rally looking forward to this update! We have had people accidentally reach out to people thinking they were customers giving us ideas, when really they were our own employees! This would be so helpful!
Us, too! We've recently implemented Product Updates, and users are finding it confusing to recognise when one of our moderators is responding to them versus another customer
We had our own members submit this idea as they mentioned it would be extremely helpful when checking for updates from the org. Kind of what we see on the back end would be ideal. That way our members can hit “control F” when searching for org responses.
