When a user creates or responds to a topic, they are not able to resize any images they embed. This is quite annoying when you are posting images that shouldn’t take up the entire width, such as a logo or screenshot snippet.

This feature already exists in the UI to create a new article for the knowledge base. But it does not exist for when you are creating or responding to a topic.

Thanks for posting this one @copperml !

Don’t forget to Upvote it too, you’re definitely allowed to do that here, but the platform doesn’t Upvote on your behalf.

Thanks for posting this idea! Honestly, it seems a bit ridiculous to me that the functionality is already available on the site, just not for users. I’ve already received a few complaints about this from both colleagues and customers. So far, I have had to go to peoples’ posts and re-size the images myself which is a bit of a waste of my time. Hoping this is implemented on the front end.

+1 to this! Really would be great if people could resize their photos, instead of making them resize using some external tool and then uploading it again. (bc you dont even know how big the photo is until you post in on here!)
