Suggestion: In Analytics > Content, the end-user is able to filter by one or multiple Public Tags. This will update the all graphs, tables, and sections in the page according to the filters.

Why would this be helpful?

  • If the organization is utilizing Public Tags as a manner to organize their content. They can have access to insights on the performance of specific content.
  • If customers are creating Public Tags. The organization can use this to better understand which topics are of interest to their customers.
  • It keeps end-users on inSided; end-user does not have to export and spend time formatting the data elsewhere.
  • It surfaces data inSided already has and presents it in a different format

A note on existing functionality: You can go to Settings > Public Tags to see how many times a tag has been used, but you can’t jump in to see the posts which are using the tag. You can also manipulate the Topics export to get this information and replicate the graphs and lists (takes time). You can go to Content > Overview and filter by Public Tags and then open individual posts to know how many views the post has. However, if the below idea was delivered, then you could go to Content > Overview and then filter by Public Tags and then add Likes, Replies, and Views to your columns.
