To date, we don’t have visibility of what customers are looking for on the platform/community.
In order to know what users are searching for, whether for our analysis, whether to create topics with new content or even to improve the titles of current topics, it is important to have access to the keywords searched by users in the search bar or search page.
Whether in a dashboard development built into the backoffice or even through an xls export with the main data (keywords, data, users, type, etc).
Our need would be literally everything that is searched (keywords) for a user/costumer in our Forum/community.
