C360 Contact View Section to allow an Admin to define a Standard Filtered View for the Contacts section. We define key contact as having a specific Contact Type and pull in an individual field for ‘Key Contact’, we would like to set this up at an admin level for all C360 accounts.

 

At this time, we’re deleting contacts who have left an account but would like to retain on the backend  in order to retain survey, email, and other relevant data.

This would be huge! I also don’t believe a user can define a filter across all of their own company records for filters on the C360/R360. In our case, our business loads company records at a “site” (think manufacturing locations), which means any CSM could have many, many company records to manage across their BoB. Now that we’ve loaded in contacts from our CRM, it’s made it much harder for CSMs to have their views “stick” and increases the friction to allow them to manage their contacts.
