Hello! I am requesting a new feature that would enhance the current functionality of Gainsight C360. Currently, there is an out-of-the-box view available for the Company Hierarchy that displays the parent-child structure. This view allows us to roll up the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) as well as other attributes. However, I am looking for a similar out-of-the-box view that provides a comprehensive overview of the Accounts, Child Accounts, and Relationships that fall within an account.
Although this information can be obtained through reports, having an out-of-the-box section for a company overview would be very helpful. This would allow us to easily see the complete roll-up of Relationship level data.
I understand that relationships provide a horizontal view of the company/child companies, but this feature would provide a more comprehensive and visually appealing way to see the entire organization and all its features.
I would consider including filters for active / inactive. Some fields that would benefit this OOTB view:
- Renewal Date
- ARR
- MRR
- Usage Metrics
- Licenses
- CSM at each of the levels (or whatever owners there are)
