Our analytics team does a lot of reporting off CTA data which we push via API to our data warehouse as they do not have direct access into Gainsight. We have quite a few custom picklist fields on our CTA object, but no way for them to see what the label of the GSID in these fields is. The CTA object just shows GSIDs and the DA Picklist object only holds data for system and standard fields. Please add custom fields to this object, so we can continue to use our APIs and provide our analytics teams what they need without creating reports in Gainsight and exporting CSVs!
