I'd like to be able to track the sent and deliver rate of our notifications.

Use case:
We'd like to track what percentage of notifications is sent, delivered, opened and links clicked on, so that we could measure and benchmark the overall performance of our e-mails. Right now, we're in the dark about notification performance and what impact any improvements would have. I think any customer of Insided should be able to look into these numbers in a dashboard.

Just a little bump for this one. With the new “did this answer your question” email, I’d love to see the response rate.

Hi there,

Any updates on the roadmap and access to email statistics @daniel.boon ? A dashboard or any API endpoint to recover statistics?

This is quite a crucial element for email performance and it would be a clear improvement for us customers to be able to see how our email effectively perform… Engagement, activation, retention, a lot depends on this.

Thanks for you reply

Hey @victorlacombe - there are no updates on this idea at the moment. Although this idea is a great fit with our vision to provide you with insights that in turn help you increase customer engagement, it’s still not on our roadmap to provide access to this data.

Bumping this one because it’s so needed. I have no idea if my email notifications are even being delivered - let alone opened or engaged with. I’m completely in the dark as to what impact these emails are having on my community.

@daniel.boon also backing this much needed analytics area, and I would like to add a great use case:

Hard Bounces, that are probably handled by InSided so that they are no longer contacted, are not reported to community owners, meaning some users that lost access to the community and will never come back are still accounted for as community members as far as the owner is concerned.

Just bumping this up - it’d be great to be able to track those darn e-mails ;)!
