Can you make it easier to send ad hoc emails/surveys with embedded questions from 360? or timeline?

I just want to send a message/quick survey to 10 people to get some quick feedback. It seems like overkill to have to setup a program for this...and support said I can’t do this in timeline as it has an embedded question.

Ideally, I would like to manually be able to send a survey/question to contact(s) ad hoc and in real time. I am ok if I have to go to the 5 accounts and send to 2 people each…

Use the programs for larger sends...but I need something quick and dirty and it’s painful.

This would be extremely helpful to show quicker time to value of the platform as a new customer of yours. (IE - get GS up and running with some data and send your first “campaign” or survey...even if manual...without knowing anything about JO or programs)

+1 to this. I know there are probably some engineering reasons as to why this doesn’t exist today, but the fact is for a quick, ad-hoc survey like Aron describes above, you must load your ad-hoc contacts either to the Person object or to a custom MDA object, then build a query to bring them into a program, insert your survey into an email template, and publish the program.

That’s a lot of steps, especially if you might only be sending to this group of contacts one time and don’t necessarily need/want to track them in the future beyond the one survey send.
