In addition to this idea (attachments in PM's) I'd like to suggest enabling the WYSIWYG editor for PM's in general (front- and back-end).
One of the most obvious reasons that we at Simyo would like this feature is for sending out our NPS surveys via hyperlink. Being able to user hyperlinks would and/or a visual might greatly increase the amount of replies we receive.
Who would like to see the WYSIWYG editor in PM's? and how would you benefit from this? :)
