There is no way to drill down and see users/accounts on dashboard widgets such as “Active Users/Accounts”, “Feature KPI”, “Feature Performance” and all other widgets where this would be very helpful (I assume this would be helpful for every widget).
We’ve faced this issue for a while and the only temporary solution I have is building multiple query builder reports which is tedious and in various cases, not possible.
This issue occurs in other reports like Retention Analysis as well where we have little/no way of knowing the users/accounts that belong to a particular cohort.
The last post about this idea was almost 3 years ago and I assume it isn’t a very popular request as it still hasn’t been picked up.

Query Builder reports allow you to drill in, but they loose the dashboard applied filters. Users expect that a drill in report would return the exact results that they were previously seeing. It is hard to explain to users that the base report does not include the filter that they were looking at and they have to re-apply the filter again despite preforming what appeared to be a drill in action.
Arguably this point here could be seen as a defect due to the continued user confusion that we experience.
