One of the ways we leverage Groups is to create private groups with our CSMs and customers from different sites to collaborate and discuss product knowledge in a closed space.
We’d love to see a files/attachments section on the side under the group members list to store customer-specific documentation and useful content in one place for them to easily access.
+1+1Gotcha! Would it also be possible to have a section to link out to online documents (eg. stored in Dropbox, Google Drive, Sharepoint, etc.) vs having an actual place to upload them and store the actual documents in the group?
We would prefer to store the documents in Gainsight since it’s our system of truth.
