We have been suggested to raise community post for the use case to be taken up as enhancement.
+6To me this is critical to this functionality being useful and not impacting the reps in a negative way. I’m curious why this is being treated as an enhancement when it is not working as expected / communicated according to the release documentation you’ve linked above. Shouldn’t this be treated as a bug?
