Per current functionality, the data found in the “Gainsight Data Points” field is displayed as a text field that can be edited when creating an Enhancement Request for a given Company/Relationship.
We have received customer feedback that the purpose of including this field is to be informative for the Product Team, and therefore the creator of the Enhancement Request should not possess the ability to edit the details found in this field.
For this usecase, it would be beneficial to include an editability toggle for this field within the Enhancement Request Configuration Admin UI to remove the creator’s ability to edit this data prior to the creation of the Enhancement Request.
