As a PX Administrator I want to be able to see the activity that our users have on our PX Subscription either via a report or view, similar or the same as the Audience explorer view for users. Key pieces of data are the User name, e-mail, and their role in Gainsight PX (e.g Admin, Manager, or other user roles we define), and most importantly last seen, first signed up, and # of visits. Ideally there would be a more detailed activity log to drill into to see individual user activity as well.
For the report it should be available for download and also with options to automatically run & send via e-mail on a scheduled basis.
Other productivity tools I have used for Engineering performance management have this capability and report available to administrators, and it is invaluable, especially during the ramp up and implementation stage.
