The more I use dynamic JO, the more I find some small improvements (probs not engineeringly small though, sorry Vijay!) that would make it an ever more killer digital engagement tool per the below:
- Enrich the list of available survey fields

I’d like to be able to see and filter on survey responded by internal users or external users. The Gainsight survey tool does know it, and so we’d need to resurface this kind of data in survey fields and why
- Responded by lookup (and the relevant lookups to display the respondent name, email etc.) so I could show the name of the internal respondent in my email when that’s the case, or the name of the recipient who responded when it’s the case)
- And the typical respondent fields
But realistically, we should have access to the same fields we have access to in the Survey Analyze tab to customize the dashboard and view. I won’t list them all here, but it would only make sense to be able to reach and display all of that response information in subsequent steps of a program AND leverage it in email version filters too :
