Hello - in the Dynamic Content widget, it is possible to sort by reply count. However, it’s not clear if it’s possible to specific the order. It seems to default to descending order - the highest number of replies to the lowest. However, for my use case, I would much prefer the opposite, as we’re trying to use this widget to surface questions that still need help. Is it possible to sort from lowest to highest reply count?

Hey @mbuuck1 - great question.  It is indeed only possible to sort by reply count in a descending order, but I definitely understand your use case of wanting to surface questions that haven’t gotten a reply yet.  Will flag this with our product team and will also take the liberty of converting this topic to an Idea.  :)

Hi there, we would also find this very beneficial for the exact same use case as described by @mbuuck1. Some topics just need some more love, and this is a great way to make sure they don’t go unseen, and it removes the manual work for us!

I think this matches perfectly with the following idea:

Hi everyone, We are excited to share that we’ve added an additional filter to the Dynamic Content widget, enabling you to feature any type of content with no replies. This should help surface unanswered posts and drive more engagement. We’d love to hear your feedback on how this works for you!

Looking forward to your thoughts!

Hi @mbuuck1,

While your use case is now possibly addressed,

I think it’s still not possible to sort by number of replies in ascending order.

So I just created an idea for that →

@Daniele Cmty Thank you! This does meet my immediate need but I agree that the ability to choose sorting order is still valuable - just upvoted!
