I found a thread from 6 years ago so the functionality used to exist.

Ranking question types provide much clearer insights because of the parameters within which the user has to respond: they order/rank the answer options in accordance to the criteria in the question. This eliminates the possibility of duplication or confusion from asking the same question multiple times to get the 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice from the same selection of answers without eliminating previous selections.

Example of a ranking survey use: asking users which feature they like the most or least

We want to improve our home page based on user feedback around which features they use or like the most. From a list of features, the question type requires the user to rank the features they like/use the most to the ones they like/use the least. This allows us to determine which features should be in the home page and what placement they should have based on user preference.

Love this idea -- most users have one feature they like more than another, and forcing the choice of what the top-rated features are rather than asking how much each feature is valued is much more effective.

If a user likes all the features, that doesn’t tell us how to organize them in the page, and we may be unaware of which ones are most frequently viewed. If we can cut down on scrolling through surveying, that’s a huge win!
