Gainsight Home is a great concept but too limited in its execution.
I shouldn’t have to sync records from Salesforce over to Gainsight objects in order to surface SF-based reports on GS Home.
In Dashboards, I can match SF Object::SFDC User ID to the GS Object::User::SFDC User ID in filters so that I can dynamically filter Salesforce-based reports alongside Gainsight-based reports:
Home should allow the same thing but it doesn’t. This makes Gainsight Home far less useful than it could be.
