Today, if you’re on the 360 compact view and find one of the many reasons (source) you need to go to the fully 360 view for, when you open the new tab via the icon, you’re not taken to the same tab you were on.
For example, if I’m on the Success Plan tab of the compact layout, and click the icon
I’m not taken back to the Success Plan tab. I have to find it again, which may be in a different place because the settings are evidently different between big and compact 360. So, congrats, you’ve just added at least 2 extra clicks to the CSM workflow.
