Our teams love Gainsight Assist! We understand that Gainsight is essentially a browser plugin and is not available on mobile. Our team would love to see this become available in the Outlook mobile app.
Sometimes are E/CSMs are on the go visiting customers, they may be answering a critical question at the end of their day via their mobile device and unable to log this to timeline until the next day.
We would love to see the functionality of Gainsight Assist extend beyond a browser plugin.
+4I agree, would be quote handy to have it available also for mobile!
Our CSMs would love to see this as an option for mobile. A lot of them work off phones while traveling and it would make their workflow simpler.
