Request: Gmail Plugin: have the date of the timeline entry match the date of the email
It seems like any time we go on PTO and come back to log emails, the timeline date is added as the date you logged it, not the date the email came in. It can be pretty frustrating as going in to change the dates manually is way too time-consuming, but keeping them as the date they were logged is 100% inaccurate in terms of customer engagement timing.
