A lot of the updates brought to Gainsight Assist has added a lot more work for our team and for myself as an Admin. We really did not have any struggles or frustrations with the tool in the past.
It would be nice to see some admin controlled options where we can turn off some of the new functionality, for example, we do not want our team logging emails as an EBR activity. We have requirements in the timeline activity for note taking and custom fields that are required, we have had to start auditing them because it’s throwing off snapshotting of past and upcoming EBRs as well as reporting we pull for comp plans. We only want emails logging as emails as it has been in the past, EBR’s, Health Checks, Ect. need to have the CSM go through Home to get to Timeline.
Additionally, I feel like the auto-resolution that is in the Gong integration would help here where the most represented company is set as the primary context automatically.
