With existing design to add a comment to survey question , one need to click other than on label name and add the comment.
There is no hint and suggestion on the screen where the survey responders need to click to enable comment section as a result it provides an impression like the comment section is not getting enabled.
Requesting team to improve the user experience while adding a comment to survey question by adding hint/suggestion where they can click to enable the comment.
+1We’re experiencing this issue. Our internal survey responders don’t know that to access the comment field they either need to 1) select one of the question response options and then [tab] to move into the comment field, or 2) they need to click their curser below the comment field label where it is not at all apparent. This provides a bad user experience that is forcing us to consider changing our survey format.
