Hi team,
It looks as though we lack the function of forwarding automated program emails from the timeline in C360 to external customers. It seems this is the only timeline entry where this is an issue and only provides you with the option to either comment for internal users or copy the link to the timeline entry which would require GS access.

Considering come contacts or new customers may join after an automated comms has been sent it would be useful for end users to have the ability to forward the automated content when needed.
Please consider this for an upcoming product release as it makes things much easier for the end user and customers.
