We have changed to a new Salesforce instance after a company acquisition and in that change, we have reports and rules related to the previous SFDC instance that are no longer accessible or editable in any way. These should be something the admins can remove, there is no way to even view the data, as the whole Report is grayed out. If the admin can delete them, it would be one less thing we have to reach out to engineering for, especially since the data can not be used in any way.
