Posting this for others to review, upvote, and comment on, plus for our PX Product team to consider adding in a future release.

Summary:

In PX Engagements Audience Logic, there is no current in-app Engagement Rule option to target users based on whether an Engagement button was clicked or not in a different Engagement.  Those standard Engagement buttons are already tracked by PX, including the redirect URL if applicable too, so they would be super valuable in other Engagement targeting.

Workaround:

It is possible to use PX Engagement Buttons to update User attributes and create Custom Events, but these likely require editing HTML to include custom JavaScript that is not easy for all users.

Proposed Solution:

Add tracked Engagement CTA clicks as a new Engagement Rule option in Audience Logic Criteria.  This will allow other Engagement to be targeted based on whether users have clicked or not clicked the buttons that were included in another Engagement.  Bonus points if we can get this CTA criteria down to a redirect URL criteria, Engagement Step #, and/or the button’s purpose.
