Marked Answers in Control Home Content Overview

Use Case

Review and validate/moderate questions marked answered. 

For example, wanting to ensure thorough tagging (public or moderator) of all answered questions. I can review each question as it comes in, applying tags accordingly, but the answer may highlight the need for new tags to be added (or moderator tags for various tracking). 

Solution

Existing workarounds are possible using the question.Answered webhook and automation tools like Zapier. But I wanted to share this idea as I think it fits within the vision of the Control Home launchpad. It’d be great to have as another tab in the Content Overview widget or as it’s own widget that might be added.

    Came back to bump this idea, as it’s increasingly something I’d love to add into my Control Home daily moderation workflow. 

    There’s a stronger case for this to be added given the wave of AI-focused enhancements that may be down the road: 

    • AI needs good, clean data. Enabling the ability for a human review of answers to ensure thorough and accurate tagging and/or to validate answers improves data quality for AI (and also search). 
    • AI moderation “safety net.” If AI agents will assist with marking answers on questions, some community managers may want to shift human moderator task towards review and validation.
