As an admin of both Staircase and Gainsight, I want to be able to capture the FULL picture of platform usage by our users.
Today I receive monthly usage numbers from our Staircase CSM, but it’s lacking the full picture. For example, it only tracks direct login usage of using Staircase directly. However most of our users are now using Staircase from within the Gainsight C360 embedded widget, so we’d like to be able to track this usage too.
It could be added to the Gainsight360 usage reports as a quick fix, but ultimately I’d like access to the usage data within the Gainsight MDA for custom reporting needs.
