Last comment is a data field on User profiles when in Control Admin/Moderation

Relevant dates on a User Profile in Control

 

It would be good to be able to filter by this in User Overview (and to be saved and used for Segments). 

Use Cases

  • Segmentation: Create a view for users who have (or have not) commented in the past X days, add additional filters for persona-based views
  • Engagement: Use the above segments for targeted (re-)engagement tactics. That might include:
    • Inviting those who had recently commented to participate in a feedback session
    • Reaching out to those who haven’t commented in awhile, but had previously
  • Email Campaigns: Engagement or re-engagement use cases could be facilitated with email campaigns, leveraging the segments for the distribution list.

Here’s a very specific use case that inspired this: Superuser program with expectations for continued engagement. 

If I could filter by last comment, I could also add filters for role (super user) or others and automate a courtesy reminder via email at X days since their last comment. 

That gets a lot easier if this idea is also built:
