Last comment is a data field on User profiles when in Control Admin/Moderation
It would be good to be able to filter by this in User Overview (and to be saved and used for Segments).
Use Cases
- Segmentation: Create a view for users who have (or have not) commented in the past X days, add additional filters for persona-based views
- Engagement: Use the above segments for targeted (re-)engagement tactics. That might include:
- Inviting those who had recently commented to participate in a feedback session
- Reaching out to those who haven’t commented in awhile, but had previously
- Email Campaigns: Engagement or re-engagement use cases could be facilitated with email campaigns, leveraging the segments for the distribution list.
