For efficiency and admin QoL:
CS survey questions should be translatable at the question level instead of the survey level. Why: saves us having to translate a question x the number of surveys in which it appears and saves huge time on maintenance too. That’s literally the baseline principle of a TMS and we could perhaps learn from that.
I’m currently migrating surveys from relationship level to company level and I’m having to retranslate questions that are already translated in the relationship survey… wouldn’t have to if questions were translated in the question library.
