Email Assist Integrations: Ability to associate emails to CTAs in addition to Companies/Relationships

Hi! A potential feature that would help with CSM adoption of Gainsight’s email assist tools would be the ability to associate an email not only to a Company or Relationship, but to CTAs as well. We have the ability to do this in Gainsight proper via the Associated Records option on a Timeline Activity. Are there any plans to add a similar experience to Email Assist tools (both GMail and Outlook)?

Ideally, you’d be able to associate an email to either a standalone CTA or a Success Plan objective CTA to cut out the manual work of reviewing and associating these emails manually in-app. This could be especially helpful for inbox-centered workflows/CSNs.

Hi all, 

Yes, we plan to show associated records in plugins too. Its in roadmap this year.

We are trying to get it prioritised.

Whatever capability you have in timeline for associated records, same should reflect in plugins too .
