Our Customer Communities Categories are broken up in a way for our customers to easily find what they are looking for depending on module, app, role, set-up and everyday use. We recently ran into the issue that we could only connect 68 categories using the integration. We will like to see this updated - as our product grows, our categories grow. With the limit of 68, KC Bot will only be able to search a fraction of those categories.

This looks like a bug as there’s no such limitation in place, can you please raise a support ticket, with a video or additional details ​@jadkins.iiq?

@dileepnalla can you take this forward.

@aharkut ​@dileepnalla I originally logged this through support as a bug, but they told me it was a limitation last week. That was when I added this idea to update the integration.

 

It looks like I just got an additional reply from support that it should in fact be able to integrate more than 68 categories, and they are raising it to Tier 2. Ticket #367574
