Our team recently implemented Staircase, which we have integrated with our CS instance, and we would really like to see the Staircase Executive Dashboard support global filters.
Currently, the lack of global filtering limits our ability to slice and dice the data in meaningful ways across key segments (e.g., region, team, CSM, product, customer segment/tier, etc.). This limits the dashboard’s value for operational monitoring and executive level reporting and analysis.
For larger or more segmented teams/orgs, the absence of global filters creates added overhead and manual work when trying to surface meaningful targeted insights across different segments.
Enabling global filters and bringing this in line with the existing CS dashboard functionality (feature parity) with the existing CS dashboard would make this view significantly more flexible and impactful. Bringing this Staircase dashboard in line with CS dashboard capabilities supports a more unified E2E experience across the CS platform.
