I know attachments can be added to the timeline of a CTA, but is there a way to add attachments to the CTA itself? It would be really useful if there was an additional tab (along with Details, Tasks, Timeline and Company) where attachments could be uploaded.
My team is currently spending a lot of time creating timeline activities on their CTA timelines in order to add required attachments to their CTAs. It would be much more efficient if they could add attachments directly.
Is this something Gainsight has road mapped?
