Story
As a CSM, I want an improved experience for my workflows in Cockpit. I want to have CTAS at a Project/Epic level under which I can create additional CTAs to form more complex plans of action. I want to manage my workload and workflows of CTAs in a Kanban board.
Context
- Currently, there are only 2 levels of ‘nesting’ in Cockpit; CTAs and Tasks.
- Tasks are limited in the content that they can be filled with and have more limited interactions and functions than CTAs.
- It is difficult to house small projects in the current structure. They are too small to justify a Success Plan but too big to be captured and tracked well within a single CTA with tasks.
- Cockpit can be difficult to manage and can easily get overwhelming with the amount of CTAs that are being juggled. Creating Kanban functionality would allow me to keep an organized backlog and more easily prioritize my work.
