It would be great if we could assign specific timeline note templates to activity types.
So when an activity type is selected, a note template is automatically applied by default.
Today, the user has to select a timeline note template manually- leaving the possibility of selecting the wrong template.

This feature would also prevent the user from forgetting to add the template which is a significant concern.
+2+1 this is a pain point for us. In addition to what’s been mentioned, this would help promote data consistencies, reduce uncertainty (e.g., user selecting wrong template or none at all), and contribute to a more efficient workflow.
+1Agree with all of the above - this feature request is of particular priority to us as we work toward designing a pooled CS team with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration. Reduces inconsistencies, drives compliance, and allows for more accurate reporting.
